Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

MinLabs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This policy explains how GoodGoodMIN, our website, and related services may process information.

Information we may collect

Depending on the features you use, device settings, and integrated services, we or our service providers may process device information, operating system version, language, IP address, network and request logs, diagnostic and crash data, advertising identifiers, advertising interaction or performance data, and coarse location.

Optional features and related data

Browsing the mushroom map and list does not require an account. The features below are optional; related data is processed only when you use them:

Account (Sign in with Apple): Rallies and the player directory require sign-in. We receive only the anonymous user identifier provided by Apple and do not request your name or email address.

Game profile: The in-game nickname, level, and friend code you choose to enter. When you join a rally, members of the same rally can see this information so you can add each other as friends. Listing it in the public player directory is your choice and can be turned off at any time. Other users may report inappropriate content, and reported profiles may be hidden or removed.

Rally records: Rallies you start or join and the status you mark in them, kept until you delete your account.

Notifications: If you turn on new-mushroom or rally notifications, we store your push token, notification language, the notification center you set (kept only as a coarse location of about 1 km precision), radius, and mushroom-type conditions. Turning notifications off deletes these settings.

Settings sync: When you are signed in, your saved places, watched mushrooms, blocked list, friends-added marks, notification conditions, and display preferences are stored under your account so they carry over when you sign in on another device. When you are not signed in, this data stays only on your device.

Location: Requested only when you tap the locate button or start a rally. Your device location is used only on your device (to move the map to you and to confirm you are near the mushroom) and is not sent to our servers.

App integrity checks: To prevent automated bulk extraction of data, the app uses Apple's App Attest, which produces a random device key identifier and device environment check results. These contain no personal identity and are used only to decide whether to provide the service.

Mushroom reports: Coordinates you share with us from a maps app and the mushroom type you select.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings › Delete Account. This deletes your account identifier, game profile, rally records, synced settings, and related notification settings, and revokes the sign-in authorization with Apple. To prevent people from getting around the daily rally limit by repeatedly deleting their account, we keep one record that cannot identify you (an irreversibly hashed identifier and the number of rallies used that day) for up to 2 days, after which it is deleted. Data kept on your device (reminders, and watched mushrooms and saved places when not signed in) is removed when you delete the app.

How information may be used

Information may be used to provide and maintain map, list, and web services; improve performance and content; protect security and prevent fraud; troubleshoot; perform analytics; comply with law; and, where permitted or with consent, deliver, measure, and personalize advertising.

Advertising, analytics, and third parties

Our services may use advertising, analytics, CDN, hosting, map, or data service providers. These third parties may process information under their own privacy policies. When advertising SDKs are enabled, advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, coarse location, diagnostics, and advertising interaction data for ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Tracking and your choices

If a third-party service links data from this service with data from other companies’ apps or websites for tracking, we will request permission through App Tracking Transparency where required. You may change tracking choices in iOS Settings and reset or limit advertising identifiers through device settings. Declining permission should not affect core map and list features.

Sharing, retention, and security

We may share necessary information with providers acting for us, authorities when required by law, or relevant parties in a merger, acquisition, or reorganization. We do not sell personal information. Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Children and changes

Our services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. We may update this policy from time to time by changing its effective date.
